You are strongly advised to book your accommodation well in advance. Note that the Faculty of Economics of Università Tor Vergata is in a peripheral area, one that is not particularly well served by Metro and bus.
If you choose an accommodation in the city centre, make sure it is close to a station of the Metro Line A (Orange).

The hotel is located near the Conference venue, 4 minutes away by car (two bus stops). Parking available onsite. The hotel is not suitable for those who might want to walk to the hotel or reach it by public transport services during the night.

Tourist tax: €6 per night per person.

Direct payment on site; participants have to book individually, by providing their credit card details. Cancellation without penalty until the day before the arrival date.
