The Guggenheim Prize in the History of Economic Thought 2019 to Alessandro Roncaglia

“We are pleased to announce that, as a tribute for his major contribution to the History of Economic Thought, Professor Alessandro Roncaglia, of The Faculty of Economics at Sapienza University of Rome, has been chosen as the winner of the Guggenheim Prize in the History of Economic Thought for 2019.

Prof. Roncaglia was preceded by Prof. Bertram Schefold in 2009, Prof. Sam Hollander in 2011, Prof David Laidler in 2015 and Professor Duncan K. Foley in 2017.
