The next annual meeting of the European Association of Law and Economics (EALE) will be held in Bologna, Italy, from 15 to 17 September 2016.
EALE welcomes proposals (either for a session or a paper) on a broad list of topics, including “History of L&E /Philosophy / Methodology of Law & Economics”: a great opportunity for our discipline, write Nicola Giocoli and Alain Marciano – who act as area organizers on that subject – to show that law and economics has a useful past and, above all, that it’s up to historians of economics to cast new light on it.
